Reminicing about the past today.I started thinking about Danny La Porte. I thought I’d go online and see whatever happened to him. It’s been a very long time passed.In the early 80’s,I watched from the pits at many races. Climbed up and down many a track.I met Danny at Broom Tioga in the early 1980’s. He was a fantastic rider with incredible style.I was thinking about him today and his infectious smile and enthusiasm. I didn’t know just how far he’d gone in the racing world. All I can say is,” Wow! Great job! What a life? So well lived. I am happy for you.”Thanks for that small window of time spent with me. Blessings to you and yours Danny! Ride on.Sincerely, Tricia

Sounds like a grand adventure you two! MacLaren and 2-year old Isla and I will be venturing out to WA state at the end of October for 2 weeks on the Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula; really looking forward to it, and we’ll see what the weather brings!

I have never been to the Olympic Peninsula but I have some lots of time on the oregon coast and know that fog is part of the weather like rain and snow. I have been more chilled in that fog than in the cold winters of Montana.Sounds like you are have fun though.
